[eternitymods]

Sometimes, Biggs and Wedge detect a quantum signature matching that of a particular character while scanning the Dream Width. They will accompany newcomers on the perilous flight (or have veterans pilot their own Airships) to those locations and find various regains from the characters' homeworlds. The items can be something the characters themselves would not love to have. OOCly, regains are bought with proof of threads that have at least 10 comments from your character (if a character has a two-comment response, it counts as one comment). Multiple responses to a toplevel do not constitute a single thread. No single thread can be used for multiple regains. Please fill out the form and designate the size of the regain. If you have any questions, feel free to ask the mods for clarification. Native AUs do not require memory regains in order to get Dream Width regains, though they are still required to create a Melody. Please feel free to utilize the regain page for personal items. The characters will not 'choose' their item, ICly, but Biggs and Wedge will find something 'at random' that matches their signal. Character may request 1 regain per month. Tier 1: one 10-comment thread Small objects or personal items that have no magical properties in them such as clothing, books, or mementos. Example: A large plushie, Scrooge's Number 1 Dime, Maes Hughes' photo of his family, The One Ring (minus invisibility), Peter Quill's mixtape Tier 2: two 10-comment threads OR one 20-comment thread Large objects that can be carried by one person or two people working together. This tier includes weapons and magical items, though any power will have to be nerfed to a reasonable degree. Examples: Link's Master Sword, Harry Potter's wand (nerfed so that it doesn't use the most powerful spells), Erin Jaeger's vertical maneuvering equipment, Marty McFly's electric guitar Tier 3: three 10-comment threads OR one 20-comment thread and one 10-comment thread OR one 30-comment thread This includes large and important regains, including pets. Note that any pet or companion brought in must not be an appable character and cannot act as a proxy for the player. The sword consists of its full sword mode and a more compact storage mode, given that carrying around a giant laser blade would create problems. The blade actually isn't formed from light, but rather a very strong form of plasma. So it's like, an oversized, sword-shaped plasma cutter.

The Black Lion will arrive powered down, but after a couple of months, it will be able to power up and move around land, but not fly. It would then have to fitted with tech to allow for flight and fight. This will be usable with the Magitek Knight Job or a customized Job in the future.

Regain description: Stray Cat - a dead cat who gained a Stand and became a plant. Here is a better explanation of how it works. The air bubbles it produces in canon can be large, slow and not dangerous (unless Kira turns it into a bomb) or small, fast and deadly. It will be nerfed so that Stray Cat cannot cause harm to monsters but still be able to stun birds and mice to eat. At Okuyasu's canon point, it looks like this

Regain description: Deathwalker's Ward, a suit of studded leather armor that is black and has feathers about the shoulders and neckguard. The armor is one that grows with Vax. It has the following effects currently unlocked:
- It is magical armor and quite good at deflecting blows and keeping Vax alive... for light armor.
- It gives advantage on death saving throws. (This wouldn't make any sense in the mechanics of MoE so we'll ignore it.)
- It can grant resistance to one kind of elemental damage (fire, cold, acid, lightning, or necrotic). Vax can choose which sort if he takes an hour-long breather, so no changing mid-battle. It would be part of preparation for a fight.

Later on, it can:
- Sprout gigantic raven wings and let Vax fly for an hour. This requires Vax to bond with it; my thought is to treat this as a separate Tier 2 regain I need to ask for.

Regain description: Black Cat Miraculous - A magical ring that stands opposite to the Ladybug earrings of Creation, this ring has bound to it a small fairy deity ("kwami") named Plagg that transforms the wielder into a masked cat-themed hero. Said wielder gains a boost to strength, speed, dexterity, and jumping prowess much like a feline while the suit provides extra defense and an extendable baton as a weapon. Besides night vision, improved smell, and hearing as minor powers included, the main power featured with this ring is 'Cataclysm', an ability capable of destroying, destabilizing, or frying one thing completely when touched. After that, there's a five minute countdown until the transformation wears off and Plagg must be fed so the suit can be used again.

(Ready and willing to negotiate how this will be nerfed in this game such as limiting the use of the transformation and/or limiting full use of its powers until certain Jobs are taken or a Custom Job. Even saying Plagg requires more recharge time because there is no Camembert works too.)

Adrien will not have access to the Black Mat Miraculous' abilities without the use of a Custom Job. However, until then, he can summon Plagg without any kwami abilities he would have retained from canon. While he can be written as an NPC, Plagg cannot be used as a proxy for the character in-game.

He's very intelligent (for a cat), can teleport (max distance is to the moon, expecting this to get hella nerfed), is very strong and has sonic roars that basically function as energy blasts (maybe nerfed?), and an airless pocket dimension inside his mane that connects to Lars (although this will obviously get cut off).
