NPCs

| CID Cid is a Roalien engineer whose work resulted in the creation of many technologies, most noticeably Airships. A genius, he worked together with the Heroes of Light to defeat the Calamity and Kalki. Formerly the regent of Aqures Ixen, he is officially dead... And unofficially happily retired to a location only few know of. He is best known for his rude honesty and (lack of) manners. He is the only person who knows how to access the Soul Divider. | |
| BIGGS Biggs is a former knight and the current regent of Aqures Ixen. He is the best friend of Wedge, and assisted in small ways to Heroes of Light. Unfriendly, rude and lacking in any love for the Heroes of Light, he is one of the few people who know Cid's whereabouts. | |
| WEDGE Wedge worked with Biggs to assist the Heroes of Light in defeating the Calamity and Kalki, and never doubted they would succeed. Formerly an historian, he now lives in the Village of Santa Claus, where he appears to have taken a liking to playing the role of Santa Claus. Like Biggs, he is one of the few people who know about Cid's whereabouts. | |
| MOGLIN A Primal Moogle who is the first person the Heroes of Light saw upon setting foot on the Continent of Ruins. She was given the title of Sage following the defeat of Kalki and the Calamity, and now oversees activities in Mysidia and New Mysidia. She is invested in getting Ancient technologies up and running again. | |
| KURMA One of those who used to be in the Heran Empire's Triumvirate alongside Kalki and Matsya, Kurma is Emperor Garland's son and the current President of Esdham. Back during the crisis, he plotted to leak information to the Heroes of Light so they would take his father and Kalki out of the picture as he saw their methods as deeply harmful to the empire. With Garland and Kalki both dead and Kurma ruling over a nation, one could argue he succeeded. He is one of the last three surviving "Avatar of the Calamity." | |
| GIBBS A former imperial spy, he works for Queen Matsya. He appears to be incredibly bored by everything ever since the Heroes of Light left, as the world has become too much of a quiet place for someone like him. | |
| DEWEG A former imperial spy who also doubled as Palitutu's agent. With the downfall of the empire and Palitutu's death, he disappeared for awhile before reappearing in Esdham, where he now works for President Kurma. | |
| MATSYA Formerly a member of the Triumvirate, she was born the Princess of Hera and had to see her kingdom brought down by Garland and Kalki and re-made into an empire. She bears no small amount of hatred for Garland and Kalki both, but accepted to serve them as a way to be able to influence her kingdom for the best. With both of them now gone, she restored the Senate and has taken on the throne once more. One of the only people known to have mastered the Freelancer Job. She is one of the three "Avatars of the Calamity" left. | |
| MOGRAMA A formerly self-proclaimed servant of the long-dead King Moggle Mog XIV, he worked with Kalki when she showed him the ways to bring back his liege. Supposedly reformed, Mograma worked at Mognet for a time, but left after a couple years. His current whereabouts are unknown. He is one of the three remaining "Avatars of the Calamity." | |
| MERLOSE Merlose was once the Moogle assigned to help a Hero of Light, one of those who fought against Kalki and the Calamity. Very popular amongst her kin, she was elected as Director of Mognet once Artemicion's treachery was revealed. She works tirelessly to satisfy the demands of her people, even though they always go on strike no matter what. | |
| ARTEMICION Artemicion is the former director of Mognet and used to be close collaborator of the leaders of the Kingdom of Aqures. A Moogle infamous for disastrous fur dyes and his love of Kupo Nuts, Artemicion is a magnet for trouble. Even in times of peace, he has a gift to draw troubles to himself, as well as to the poor souls that happen to be in his vicinity. He worked for Palitutu and did everything she asked of him. He now works as a regular Mognet employees, but has fallen into deep depression ever since Palitutu's death. | |
| O'AKA XXIV A merchant who is also the mayor of Aerilon. What distinguishes him from your average merchant is that he's the one who has access to all the big stuff, such a Magitek Armor, Airships and Computers. He keeps saying to those interested that he took this name to honor one of the legendary Heroes of Light whose name was "O'aka the 23rd," the most brilliant merchant of all times. Unfortunately, there is no way to verify whether his story is true or not. Likewise he keeps saying he was key in helping the Heroes of Light defeat the Calamity and Kalki but again, there is no way to know the truth. |
