After spending time in the empire's Crystal Temple, Ganeshan has labored tirelessly to put all of this new job knowledge into effect by enhancing the current asterisks...with the power of Starlight!

Based on the powers of the Legendary Hero known as Santa Claus, during the month of December, non-custom job asterisks will gain an additional modifier skill- the Santa Modifier.

The Santa modifier will only be available during the month of December, and only your Active Job's Santa modifier skill will be in effect (except in the case of Wizard).

JOB	MODIFIER SKILL	DESCRIPTION
ARCHEOLOGIST	Starlight Past	Can dig up an artifact of Starlights past (a regifted gift, a rare ornament, ancient fruit cake, etc).
ASTROLOGIAN	Star Light	can call down the power of star light into a powerful Light-based attack
BARD	Christmas Carol	A special song that brings cheer to all who hear it. Raises a stat by 1 rank.
BERSERKER	Holiday Cheer	Due to the magic of the season, Berserkers have a 50% chance of activating their Berserk status without losing control of their actions.
BLACK MAGE	Let it Snow	Can summon snow clouds and create a winter wonderland. Fire-based enemies are weakened by 10%.
CATMANCER	Santa Claws	Meowy Starlight! Use your Santa Claws to increase your attacks by 20%.
CAVALIER	Reindeer Games	Mount grows antlers and gains the ability to fly short distances. Its beak/snout may glow red.
CHEMIST	Egg Nog	The Ultimate Holiday potion(?) Gives the drinker the temporary ability to see through the eyes of a child. Everything seems exciting and new, and you may be able to hear the sound of magic bells in the skies at night.
DANCER	Holiday Rush	A dance that reminds enemies how much they have left to do to prepare for the holiday! 50% chance of forcing enemies to flee the battle.
DARK KNIGHT	Darkest Before Dawn	What is this emotion? It might be called…’Hope’? A temporary respite from the pain and suffering of this class (25% reduction on HP penalties for the use of their skills)
DRAGOON	Down the Chimney	When jumping, can fit through chimney-sized spaces that would normally be too small to fit through.
FREELANCER	Holiday Surprise	Rocks thrown by the Freelancer will be transformed into coal if thrown at someone on the naughty list. They will turn into small gifts if thrown at someone on the nice list.
GEOMANCER	Oh Christmas Tree	Can grow an evergreen tree in any plot of earth that is perfect for using as Starlight Tree.
GOURMAND	Christmas Cookies	Can bake ingredients gathered into cookies, which can be fed to a character to boost a single stat 2 ranks for 24 hours (characters will only receive the benefit of one cookie, even if they consume many).
GUNSLINGER	Red Ryder BB Gun	Can use this weapon, which can deliver only weak attacks, but has a chance of shooting out an eye.
ILLUSIONIST	Visions of Sugar Plums	Casts a spell with a change of causing target see visions of holiday bliss, greatly reducing their ability to attack.
JESTER	Keep on your Mistletoes	Cookies, nog, and all those other delicious treats, it would be such a shame if someone was to USE THIS ABILITY TO POISON THEM.
MAGITEK KNIGHT	Gift of the Magitek	Once per Starlight, you can give a sacrifice an item and receive a thoughtful gift to give to your special person. HOWEVER, if the gift recipient is also a Magitek Knight, it somehow always turns out that the gift cannot be used as intended (usually because of the sacrifice they made).
MONK	5 Gold Rings	Allows the monk to equip brass gold knuckles, raising damage without reducing the Monk’s bare-handed abilities.
NECROMANCER	Ghost of Christmas Past	When falling asleep on Starlight Eve, chance to call upon the Ghost of Christmas Past (will view a scene of the past), the Ghost of Christmas Present (will view a scene happening now at another place), or the Ghost of Christmas Future (will view a scene of the future).
NINJA	Silent Night	Stealth Abilities increased by 50%.
PALADIN	O Holy Knight	Boost to all attacks imbued with Holy power.
PUPPET MASTER	Elf on the Shelf	Gain temporary control over this tiny elf puppet, which can spy on housemates to make sure they are not being naughty. This elf may commit pranks indiscriminately in the household when not being controlled.
RANGER	St. Nick’s Blessing	50% reduction to damage taken.
RED MAGE	Mistletoe	Can summon mistletoe anywhere. 25% chance of charming a target (50% if they kiss you).
SCHOLAR	All Knowing List	Receive a copy of the ALL KNOWING LIST. Have knowledge of a target’s ideal Starlight present.
SKY PIRATE	Sleigh	Your airship takes on the appearance of a giant sleigh.
STAVE MASTER	Candy Cane	Gain a giant (unbreakable) candy cane to use as a weapon. Successful hits have a 10% chance of causing Visions of Sugar Plums (see Illusionist) for a turn.
SUMMONER	Security Elf	Summon a Tarutatu-sized elf that protects the Hero with ancient Holiday magic.
SWORDMASTER	Singing Sword	Gain a singing sword that will delight listeners with soulful renditions of popular Starlight carols. Penalty to stealth, but an increase in attack when using this sword.
TACTICIAN	Letters to Santa	Can write a letter to Santa, and receive a special item on Starlight Day.
TEMPLAR	Suspicion	How does Santa Claus know your every move? What right does he have to judge? Is he really just your parents?? The Templar will feel compelled to ponder the true nature of the season while everyone else is enjoying the festivities.
TIME MAGE	The Most Wonderful Time of the Year	Can cast a special ‘Slow’ spell on Starlight Day to extend the magical day by a few hours.
WARLOCK	Krampus	Rather than giving presents, the Warlock has increased abilities to take presents away from others. 50% boost to stealth when performing heinous Anti-Starlight acts. May also take on physical aspects of a goat and/or demon during the month, rather than the traditional ‘Santa’ aspects.
WHITE MAGE	Starlight Miracle	Healing spell potency is increased by 100%.
WIZARD	Share the Love	Can activate the Santa Modifier for one or both of your passive jobs.
